Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, Chuck Coit is a true local with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area. After graduating from Clearwater High School, Chuck proudly served in the United States Navy, where he developed the discipline, integrity, and work ethic that still define his business today.

Following his military service, Chuck dedicated 15 years as a firefighter/EMT with East Lake Fire Rescue,  and Safety harbor Fire Rescue serving and protecting the community he calls home. His time in public service sharpened his ability to stay calm under pressure, negotiate effectively, and advocate fiercely for the people he represents.

Now a 16 year full-time residential and commercial real estate professional serving Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties, Chuck specializes in helping first-time homebuyers and Gen X/ Boomer clients navigate the market with confidence. His philosophy is simple: put people first, operate with honesty, and build long-term relationships over quick transactions.
